Vitex is one of those herbs that only works on one area a woman’s body and that is all things hormonal. It is the great balancer of the hormonal system and there isn’t a hormone it doesn’t work with then it comes to your period and cycle. Remember your periods don’t have to be a shit fest, that is a narrative that we have been brought up on. getting some of this on board can be a total game changer.
It can be helpful for sore boobs, irregular periods, light periods, headaches, mood swings and much more.
Its a herb that needs to be taken regularly and it’s really a good idea to take it for at least 3-6 months so that it really has time to work with your cycle.
