Would you like to get your hormones in balance?
How I Can Help
There are several different ways you can work with me to bring your hormones into balance and improve your cycle, your emotional wellbeing, your mental and physical health and your energy levels.
-
Choose from an initial 60 minute consultation or work with me on a longer term 1-to-1 basis to address your hormonal health.
-
If you have had your bloods done, you can send me the results for a detailed analysis - I’ll personally investigate thoroughly, and the chances are high that I’ll pick up on some patterns that were missed!
-
Each month I do a Red Talk online, via zoom, covering important topics to try and help you understand how better to work with your hormones and cycle.
-
My new online membership programme, Hormonal Alchemy, .launches soon. I’ve been carefully crafting this to help bring women together to learn about their natural rhythms and flow.
-
Periods Don’t Have to Bloody Hurt is available through most online bookseller, and it is a fantastic resource for learning all about period health and hormones.
-
You can join me on Substack for a deep dive into all the things that go on behind the scenes when it comes to our hormones, or sign up to my Well Red Monthly Newsetter at the bottom of this page for a regular round-up.

If you’re looking for someone to come and talk at a school, university, workplace or wherever, hormonal health, understanding periods and getting our menstrual cycles in check is what I talk about, and I would love to be invited!
I’m here to help women to kick period problems in the butt, naturally.
All too often, women are told that their painful periods and other unbearable symptoms are ‘normal.’
The unlucky ones might get fobbed off and told politely to ‘suck it up,’ while the so-called luckier ones might receive a prescription for pills – painkillers, antidepressants, HRT – that often don’t have the desired effect, and often have unwanted side-effects too.
My approach is different and I’m here to tell you that periods don’t need to be painful and don’t need to leave you exhausted, emotionally struggling or unable to cope. Those difficult symptoms aren’t ‘normal’ and by listening to our bodies and making some changes it is possible to regain a bit of control and actually improve your cycle.

What’s going on with your cycle?
Period Pain
Pain can indicate an underlying problem and/or can be brought on by stress, diet or inflammation. The key is to listen to what it is telling us...
Seriously Bad PMT
PMT has been normalised to the extent that even PMDD is fobbed off as being ‘all in your head.’ But this is serious stuff that needs addressing.
Perimenopause
I think of perimenopause as puberty in reverse, a handover that occurs as we stop using our ovaries to ovulate and the adrenals pick up the slack.
Totally Pooped
We’re not meant to be so bloody tired all the time. If you’re struggling with brain fog, exhaustion, low energy or fatigue, then let’s take a look at that.
