If you have had surgery, maybe a laparoscopy or you have sprained or bumped yourself, torn ligaments, broken a bone – anything that may have made you utter the word ‘ouch’ then this balm is for you.

This is my own version of Dr. Christophers Flesh Bone and Cartilage formula and is excellent for speeding up repairs on the tissues of the body.

Even if you can’ apply it directly to the area it will still benefit from all the goodness in here and help the body to heal. It isn’t advisable to put this on open wounds or cuts, but you can apply around the dry area of the skin. Once a dry scab has formed then you can apply right over the area as needed.

Ingredients: Meadowsweet, Comfrey, Calendula, Mullion, Ashwagandha, Marshmallow, Skull Cap, Plantain, Lavender Essential Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter & Bees Wax
